MedTech Odense provides the RegMetrics platform for researchers and clinicians at SDU and in the Region of Southern Denmark.
The digital tool provides an overview of regulatory requirements, standards, and documentation, making the path from idea to approval shorter and more efficient.
RegMetrics can, for example, help with:
- identifying which regulatory requirements apply
- creating checklists for safety and performance requirements
- identifying relevant standards and testing requirements necessary for approval
Users can also find a guide to the classification of medical devices.
How to access RegMetrics
- Create an account at www.reg-metrics.com using your @sdu.dk email (without faculty) or @rsyd.dk – use lowercase letters only
- Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email and confirm your email address – this is required to access the premium features. If you do not receive the email immediately, check your spam folder.
- Click “Get Started” on the front page.
- Click “Verify & unlock” to unlock premium features and gain access to RegMetrics.
- You will receive an email with a "Verification Code" to confirm your email address (check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox).
- Copy the code from the email into the designated field and start your project.
